Poor Nannie needs lots of help. She is the sweetest tiniest of dogs. She should have been cherished, loved and not severely neglected. We have her now. Please please help us make her better. Nannie need surgery, medications and lots of TLC. This girl is worth it. Walking on 2 feet for who knows how long... and STILL wags her tail! Check out the video. Warning... its heartbreaking.
