Do you like puppy Kisses?
Well if you do then Penelope is your girl as this pocket sized little lab/retriever mix we call Penelope thinks life is all about giving kisses to everyone she meets. She's fun, loving, has lots of puppy energy, a great size at under 35 lbs, playful, housebroken, cute & a favorite of our volunteers who describe her as "A LAPDOG OF LOVE" - One look into those dreamy big brown eyes and you'll fall in love.
She is, however, a little bit of an escape artist (probably wants to go out and kiss everyone in your neighborhood) so a decent fence or an eye on her when she's out in the yard may be a good thing while she settles in.
Penelope is a great all round family dog and the only thing missing in her life is a home of her own and a family to love!
