Winter's life was off to a rough start.  When Winter was found, a fecal and urine ridden carrieir outside, was his home.  He had scolding and infections, and his body was a mere bag of bones.  Now he is like any other happy puppy and his past is his past!  He is happy and loves to play with other dogs and be in your lap.
