Willy is a sweet natured little boy.  When he first came into our program he was not using his right front leg - was holding it up in the air all the time.  The longer he walked he would get tired of holding it up and it would bang on the ground.  As a result of the foot hitting the ground he had a continuous open wound on his foot.  Tests were done and the decision was made to amputate the leg.  Willy did very well with the surgery - he has very good balance and runs and walks just fine with just the three legs.

Willy loves to lay next to you (or in your lap if you let him!!) while watching tv, etc.  He likes to hide his face in a blanket or under a pillow if he can.  He gets along well with other dogs and is not much of a barker unless something is going on.  Would be a great addition to any home.
