Most likely a pure silky terrier.  Shakira has been learning to trust people.  She is good with other dogs but terrified of most people.  Only the most patient adopters should apply.  This girl will take a long time to erase whatever terrible life she led before being dumped at the kill shelter.  She is a fear biter.  Adopters must understand this is rescue.

update 06/2015: Shakira transitioned in to a different foster home without any biting.  She befriended a cat and became house broken in just two weeks.  She is walking good on a lead.  She still has difficulties with strangers, groomers, and veterinarians, but is doing ok and improving each week.
