Annabelle Update. The leg was saved. She will have a slight limp but is now using her leg and doing great! Doesn't stop her from running all over the yard and playing with her siblings. New pictures coming soon.

Pup has been at ER for the leg. It's actually broken, tendon severed, and a chunk (the elbow) missing! Dr Hansen is trying to save the leg but it may require amputation due to four bacterial infections. It looks like the mom but the pup.
Special Needs: Pup has infected wound on left elbow. The wound was clipped, cleaned w chlorohexidene and lavaged w sterile saline. .08 Rimadyl, Pen G, Enrofloxacin given subQ. 4 mg Tramadol given PO. Silver sulfadiazene was applied to the wound
Clavamox .25 ml given orally, Rimadyl .07 subQ,
RiminJ for 7 days,
