Special Needs: Found in a park. Taken to ACC. Dropped off at VR. Severely dehydrated, low body temp, eyes crusted shut, emaciated and unable to walk and diarrhea. They gave IV fluids, eye antibiotics, Nutrical, Azythromycin, and Metronidazole. 02/11/15 DA2PPV, blisters on pads of paws possible allergy to newspaper.
