I'm Jinx an 8 year old, 68 lb fixed female doberman with floppy ears and a big personality.  I love people and most other dogs and I am hoping someone will look past my age and invite me into their heart and home.  You see, my owner did not realize that having a dog my size and energy would be too much to handle when he got to be 80 something and it's hard for him to play on my level.  I'm kinda stuck in a small house with no yard 24/7, and he feels as bad about it as I do.  It breaks his heart to let me go but it's best for him and certainly better for me.  I'd love a big fenced in yard so I can run around until I exhaust myself and a kid or two to be my bff.  I am not a cutesy puppy or a poofy lap dog (although I'd love to rest my head in your lap) so I need a kind hearted owner who really is looking for a dog to rescue, not merely adopt.
